E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Hosting
If you have a cloud hosting package with us and you create an e-mail address inside your account, you are able to forward it with just a few clicks to another e-mail address of your preference. The feature can be activated when you set up a brand new email address or any time later and disabled just as quickly in case you change your mind. This is done from the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you will manage your account. You'll have the option to decide whether a copy of the incoming e-mails will remain on our servers or not. The advantage of this feature is that you will always have a copy on your server if something happens with the other mailbox or maybe it is not active for reasons unknown at the time a message is forwarded. When the feature not active, an e-mail will be received, forwarded and erased from our system regardless of whether the remote e-mail address is working or not, so it is usually a good idea for it to be active just to be prepared.
