Web Hosting Renewals & Payments Method
As a protection measure for you, our customer, we do not automatically charge credit cards for reoccurring payments. Your card number will not be kept in our system.
After your first year of web hosting (included with your website if we created it for you), a reminder E-mail will be sent to you 2 weeks before the renewal date and then again 7 days before your account expires. Finally, we will call once around a day after your hosting account has expired in an attempt to reach you one last time.
