Website Content & Text Insertion
Every great website has good looks and a nice design – but it needs compelling content, too.
If you already have your content ready for your website, just send it over via email and we'd be happy to drop it into your web pages. You can always edit your text from your web hosting control panel later on.
If you'd like help crafting solid, compelling content and effective text that converts, we offer two options:
- Send us over the text that you have and we'll tweak it so that it's stronger and better. This is a great cost-effective method of having the content you want without paying for brand-new text.
- Or, send us over some information about your business or company, and we'll create fresh, compelling content from scratch to give your website a professional voice and credible image.

Completion, Payment Terms & Web Hosting Renewals
We allow one to two free revision of our work before final payment and transfer of all files and copyrights. This is your chance to be as clear as possible and make some final decisions. Further revisions are billable by the hour at $45 per hour.
We collect 50% of the total price of the project up front with the remaining 50% due at time of completion.
As a protection measure for you, our customer, we do not automatically charge credit cards for reoccurring payments. Your card number will not be kept in our system.
After your first year of web hosting (included with your website if we created it for you), a reminder E-mail will be sent to you 2 weeks before the renewal date and then again 7 days before your account expires. Finally, we will call once around a day after your hosting account has expired in an attempt to reach you one last time.
Should you choose to not renew your web hosting with us, be sure you have saved a copy of all your files (and databases) to your computer as they will be deleted once your account expires and we were unable to get a hold of you.
Phone Calls vs. Emails
When designing websites, we prefer to work through email as it has proven to us and our clients to be the most efficient means of communicating. At eVentureBiz, many times our web design services are a collaboration of designers, coders, and graphic artists all working together.
Through email, we can all digest your requests and information together rather than having one designer try to explain what you, our client, said over the phone.
