Hey Cath -

Subdividing your time is an invaluable tool entrepreneurs need to learn and you're a perfect example of "listen to me and don't make the same mistakes." The only time I crunch and focus on one or two things in a day is if I'm taking a test tomorrow!

Good health is big to staying on your A-Game. I have a treadmill sitting in my office and I think I've used it once. I think many of us feel as though if we're not working on something for our business we are wasting valuable time. Even while watching TV I feel a little guilty - as though I should be doing something.

This is great advice John - I hit stumbling blocks early on in my business life, because i didn't know how to break a large task into small chunks, so I could get everything done. And if you don't do it, you become so overwhelmed that you get scared to even look at your to do list anymore.

The last point really hit me - my health has gone down the pan and I really need to do something about it. If you don't take care of your health, you don't perform half as well.

Cath Lawson's last blog post..Sky TV: Bad Customer Service Or Theft?
