Tell Me About You

Who are you?
I may not have as many blog subscribers as Darren Rowse or Brian Clark, but I’ve managed to capture your attention for at least a moment and I’m curious who you are.
James, Catherine, and Barbara are perfect examples of online acquaintances I’ve made through the use of blogging - and I’ve learned a lot from each of them and I’d like to learn from you too.
What’s your name? Where do you come from? Do you have a blog, website, business? How did you find eVentureBiz? What do you like about my blog? Which subjects do you like most I write about?
The nice thing about blogging is you can find and talk to just about anyone anywhere in the world and learn something from their experiences.
You don’t have to speak up if you don’t want, but feel free to comment, it only takes a few moments. Tell us about you. Tell us what you think of the direction we’re taking in the web hosting industry here at eVentureBiz.
And if you’re reading this blog and don’t have one yourself, I’ve decided to personally do something for our new customers who sign up for web hosting.
If you sign up for any of our web hosting plans (Business, Corporate, or Enterprise), I’ll personally set you up with a Wordpress blog along with the common plugins many people use (including myself).
We won’t charge you anything extra for it and our hosting prices haven’t changed to compensate for this. Just sign up and use the Contact John form to let me know you’ve signed up for web hosting and you’d like me to install a blog for you.
So, who are you and where can I find you online?

Where do you come from? born & raised in Sunnyvale, Texas. Did some time in Vegas, Orlando, and in Guam for just under 2 more months. After that, back to Texas, not sure where to yet (I haven’t been told), so PRAY long and hard that it’s Dallas.

How did you find eVentureBiz? my big brother told me about it.
What do you like about my blog? marketing tips. No matter what your occupation (even if you’re unemployed), you’re always marketing something.

Hi John,
Thank you for the mention and the link. That’s very kind of you.
It is great learning a little about fellow bloggers or wannabes, isn’t it. The blogging community has tons of wonderful people who are all willing to help each other.
Your offer to new bloggers is phenomenal. I wish you were around when I started mine. It would have alleviated many “bank my head against the wall” moments, not to mention gray hair LOL.
Kudos to you for your kindness.

I’ll be sure to add in a few extra marketing posts. I got a good one in my “brainstorm” folder I’ll bump up in the queue. It’s about approaching things from different angles. For now, have you checked out the marketing section in our community forum? I’ve been posting there and am always open to discussion, so feel free to join in.
From the pix you sent, looks like Guam is going well and to be honest, I’m a bit jealous.
@ Barbara - I’m glad to have you around and I enjoy the blogging lessons you give us. You truly are a genuine and generous person. If you want to know blogging etiquette, check Barbara’s blog out!
