Make sure you focus in on your niche and laser focus your website’s target audience. Just an idea, but maybe a community message board (forum) would be a good addition to your site?

I have a semi thought process with the whole thing that includes the blog and humanitarian work in the future.

I am really seeking to change the way parents and pediatricians communicate- One of the best ways is to show them that we are all not that different.

But I really need to create a business plan and determine what I will offer and how I will grow. I lecture through my area and write for a local magazine - all community service. I hope to grow that as well.

Thanks to you and other like minded individuals I am slowly learning how the internet works. I’m seeking to become more known. It’s a slow process but one I am dedicated to continuing!

Yeah business plans can be a headache. I had to think, twist, turn, and everything else on my ideas for my company when creating my business plan. I’m not a business plan “expert” so to speak, but I know how to write one.

I think probably the greatest resource for you would be the S.C.O.R.E. website. Those guys are all retired executives who donate their time to help people in your situation.

I’m glad to see 6 years of full time college plus full time summer school each year paid off for something I do enjoy writing. I wrote a science fiction novel way back when but only finished going back and editing it half way. It’s more for fun than anything.

You have helped a lot of people on FWT and if you ever get a chance, I’d love to see you around our forum here from time to time. Of course if you need any help with websites, I’m always over here.
